Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please note that we require 2 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. If you have chosen and paid extra for Expedite Shipping: we will ship your order within a day and you will receive it within 2 to 3 business days.

At Aroma Pier, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates may vary.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Due to these changing times and online ways of shopping, Buyers are responsible for providing the correct Shipping Address, we have no way of getting this information, unless provided correctly by you. As we have no way of knowing where you live or where the item you bought needs to be shipped to. So PLEASE double check the Shipping information for the order. Also once you place the order and if you have entered correct email and phone number, you WILL receive an order confirmation email, with the Shipping and Billing address that YOU have provided with the order. Please check the information in the email to make sure that it is correct. We will ship the order to whatever address is provided in the order, as we have no way of knowing if that information is correct or not. ONLY YOU KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE :) we and our machines don't.

If the order is shipped, we cannot change the Shipping address or any other details on the order. And the company is not responsible for the items shipped to the incorrect address entered by you as a buyer. We will try our best to reach out to usps.com on our end if we can help, but we cannot guarantee it. If the need be to change anything kindly reach out to your local usps office or ups, however the item is shipped, to see how they can help you. 

Most Important: If an order tracking number shows the item was delivered to the shipping address provided by you while placing the order, then YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for any chargebacks for that order. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, please contact us asap and we will try our best to work with you on the matter. Please email us with your Order number to support@aromapier.com

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
