What is the best and quickest way to reach us?

Please send us a quick email or message, by filling out the form at the bottom of this page, please provide us with your order number for a faster response for your order, and we would be happy to respond asap.

My order has not shipped?

Now that the holiday season 2025 is upon us, there are multiple reasons why you have not receive an email with Tracking number.

  •  We have sent you a follow up email from support@aromapier.com to confirm your shipping address. If for some reason we do not have the correct complete shipping addess that is not taken by USPS, UPS etc. then we cannot ship your order.
  • You NEED TO RESPOND to that email, so that our shipping team can update your shipping address in the system to ship out the order on time. Calling us will not help, as we need a written response to that email with your Order Number and correct shipping address. 
  • Sometimes we do have to wait for us to receive the items from our warehouses, located throughout the country, once the item reaches us we quality check it and ship it. If there are any issues we will notify you. So kindly be patient during the holiday season, as we are working on your order. Again please check your Inbox for any updates from our shipping department.
  • You order will not be shipped expedited shipping, if you have not paid for expedite shipping. The orders are shipped with 4 to 5 business days after they are paid for Standard Shipping. So please be petient.
  • All the items shipped are 100% authentic as bought from a retail store. We DO NOT SELL FAKE or COPIES of any fragrances. So you do not have to worry about ordering fake from us. We are in business for more than 25 years, and we know what we are doing when it comes to cosmetics and fragrances. But please feel free to message us if you have any questions and we will try our best to get back to you.
